A new trade battle between the U.S and Canada is underway after tariffs imposed by Washington took effect on Sunday.

The Trump administration claims Canada is trying to flood the U.S with cheaper imports, triggering retaliatory duties under the terms of a revised trade deal.

But Canada is retaliating.
