Tropical storms Laura and Marco churn toward U.S. Gulf Coast

The U.S. Gulf Coast is bracing for two serious weather systems. Tropical storm Marco has weakened as it approaches Louisiana. But a second storm, Laura, is expected to strengthen into a hurricane.
