After making two unscheduled appearances on the first day of the Republican convention, President Donald Trump is expected to watch his wife take center stage Tuesday night.

While the president paints an optimistic picture of the economy and coronavirus, his supporters claim the U.S. would be a much darker country under Trump’s opponent, Joe Biden.
