The U.S Republican National Convention is due to hear from Vice President Mike Pence on its third day.
He’ll speak from a fort in the city of Baltimore whose role in defeating the British in 1812 inspired the U.S national anthem.
But as CGTN's Owen Fairclough reports, the backdrops for some of these convention speeches are proving controversial as well as what President Trump isn’t talking about so far.
