In response to Czech Senate Speaker Milos Vystrcil's visit to Taiwan,  Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, said on Sunday during his visit to Germany,“Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory. The Taiwan issue is China's internal affair, and the One-China Principle is an international consensus and the political foundation of China's diplomatic relations with other countries. Whoever attempts to break this bond is making themselves enemies of the 1.4 billion Chinese people and betraying international trust." 

Wang Yi added "the Chinese government and its people will not sit idle, and must let the anti-Chinese forces pay a heavy price for their short-sightedness and political speculation.”                                                                                       

An delegation from the Czech Republic, headed by the senate speaker, arrived in Taiwan on Sunday on a six-day visit.
