Silicon Valley is often viewed as the tech capital of the world, attracting some of the brightest minds from around the world.
But for foreign workers on visas, it's gotten harder to get there since the Trump administration ended the Obama administration's International Entrepreneur Rule, which allowed immigrant startup founders five years in the U.S.
Now, Canada is campaigning to convince tech talent to head north.
