Mexico is already preparing for major mid-term elections set to take place in 2021. The entire lower house of Congress is up for re-election and 15 states – nearly half of all Mexican states - will elect new governors. Corruption is a major issue. In the lead-up to the midterms, registered voters are being asked whether past Mexicans presidents should face trial if found guilty of corruption.
