Havana schools put on tough measures to lessen COVID-19 outbreak

On September 1, Cuba reopened its school year but in Havana, schools remained closed due to an ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. In an effort to control the new outbreak, authorities imposed tough measures including locking down Havana.
