Governor of Brazil's São Paulo state on the COVID-19 pandemic

The governor of São Paulo, in Brazil, João Doria Junior, says he hopes to begin vaccination against Covid-19 in December, thanks to a partnership with Chinese lab Sinovac. 

COVID-19 numbers are still high but state authorities say they are consistently declining and allowing people to try the "new normal" while waiting for the vaccination. 

Our correspondent in Brazil, Paulo Cabral, spoke to governor João Doria Junior.
