Computer component makers around the world are bracing themselves for billions of dollars of lost business as they become collateral damage in renewed U.S - China trade tensions.

Expanded sanctions against Chinese telecom firm Huawei take effect this Tuesday.

And this time its suppliers, who have vital business interests in the U.S. themselves, are also being targeted.
