A local Chicago activist known as the 'Dreadhead Cowboy' was arrested on Monday afternoon and is facing multiple charges after he rode his horse down the Dan Ryan Expressway causing traffic during rush hour. He said he did this in support of the 'Kids Lives Matter' movement.
