Racing against the climate clock, leaders from governments met Thursday on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly to present their latest action plans for fighting climate change. 

U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has challenged nations and business leaders to invest in green business and jobs, end fossil fuel subsidies, incorporate climate risks in policy making and leave no one behind.
