Colombia ranks fifth in the world for the number of COVID-19 cases with nearly 820,000. The country is a month into reopening its economy, after a strict quarantine. Part of the re-opening measures is allowing restaurants to re-open.

With the country’s re-opening, restaurants must operate at 25 percent capacity with tables two meters away from each other. They must have digital menus, using QR codes, to minimize contact between employees and clients. And they must follow strict bio-security measures for food and trash disposal.
