Colombia has entered its new phase in the fight against COVID-19. The country is open to international flights, and many restrictions have been lifted. 

Nowhere is this more evident than in Colombia’s capital, Bogota, where Mayor Claudia Lopez announced the lifting of restrictions. 

Citizens are testing out the new normal.
