How the U.S. city Denver manages to run the election correctly

There are now 23 days until the U.S. election and voting is already well underway. Meantime, election officials around the country are fine-tuning procedures as they prepare to count all those votes. Poll workers and election judges are key to the process. Partly because of the pandemic, they're in short supply in some areas. It's a problem the city of Denver, Colorado has managed to avoid.
