It’s been a tough year for Asian American voters in the United States.

Stigmatization due to racist rhetoric over the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a spike in attacks on their communities, and a deep recession has hit traditional Asian American businesses hard.

But as Asian Americans prepare to vote in the presidential election their power has never been greater. They are the fastest growing electoral group, with large populations in key swing states across the U.S.
