A ​rain-soaked morning didn’t stop the will of voters. Early in-person voting started in Florida Monday and lines ​across the state were long. 

Both ​President Donald Trump and Democratic challenger Joe Biden have campaigned heavily here in this critical swing state, urging supporters to ​back their candidacies.
