Former FARC rebels demanding protection from Colombia's government

It has been four years since Colombia's leftist guerilla group, ​the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, ​better known as FARC, signed a ​peace agreement with the government, ​ending more than 50 years of conflict. ​

But full peace and security remain elusive for the former combatants as more than 200 of them have been murdered since returning to civilian life.  

​Now, the former rebels are demanding protection from Colombia's government.
