Police in the city of Philadelphia are investigating an alleged plot to attack the Pennsylvania Convention Center, where votes in hotly contested 2020 Presidential election are being counted. Cops were tipped off about a Hummer with armed people driving from the state of Virginia, taking at least two people into custody.
