World Bank official applauds China's economic reform policies

Over the past 40 years, China has helped more than 700 million people out of poverty. Victoria Kwakwa, Vice President for East Asia and Pacific at World Bank said China's continuing economic reforms not only helped itself reduce poverty but also benefited the world.
