Air travel to Colombia continues to get easier. A gradual reopening of some of its international routes began in September.
And now, the country has lifted requirements for passengers to take coronavirus tests prior to arrival.
But as CGTN's Michelle Begue reports, some local officials are not on board with this latest move.
