Parks reopen in Venezuela after months of lockdown

Venezuelan authorities have opened public parks and beaches after many months of lockdown. It's a welcome change for people who remained inside their homes, but park workers say they're concerned not enough measures have been taken to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
