Latin America reacts to RCEP trade deal

The ​newly signed RCEP trade deal creates a trading bloc of 15 countries, covering nearly a third of the world’s population, and ​about 30 percent of global GDP. 

And while celebrations may be taking place from Beijing to Auckland, the rest of the world is closely watching to see how it may affect the global economy.
