While many people are scrambling to stock up on large quantities of toilet paper in preparation for a second lockdown, other people don't have a reliable place to use the bathroom. Thursday is World Toilet Day, a United Nations Observance that celebrates toilets and raises awareness of the 4.2 billion people living without access to safely managed sanitation.
