U.S-China relations hit rock bottom under Donald Trump's presidency, despite a deal that was supposed to put their trade battles behind them. 

And it would be easy to think trade relations will improve under Joe Biden. 

While Biden is less confrontational than Trump, some experts see little difference in their actual trade policies.
