Mexico passes law to limit activities of foreign security agents

Mexico is once again headed for its most violent year on record, with the country’s federal authorities predicting more than 40,000 homicides in 2020. 

Yet as narcotrafficking cartels devastate innocent communities, the country’s federal government is working to limit the amount of help from abroad that the country receives.
