Bye 2020! Wuhan ushers into 2021 as crowds cheer outside the city landmark. Wuhan was the first city in the world to report COVID-19 cases. It was locked down for 76 days and reopened in April after the cases were brought to zero.
Since then, the COVID-19 pandemic has been largely under control in China.
