Inflatable costume may have led to COVID outbreak

The Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Center in California says it thinks a holiday costume may have caused a COVID-19 outbreak that has infected 43 employees and 1 death. 

They believe the fan inside the inflatable Christmas tree costume that someone wore on Dec. 25 contributed to the spread. Learn more.
