The Trump administration is defending its roll-out of COVID-19 vaccines as one of the suppliers is considering halving its doses to reach more people.
Although vaccinations have been underway for weeks, they’re falling short of initial targets amid finger-pointing about who’s to blame for the hold-up as a new variant of the virus begins to spread.
