Georgia's Ebenezer Baptist Baptist Church is draped in history. It's best known as being where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. led services, from 1960 to his assassination in 1968. But since 2004 Its congregation has been led by Senator-elect Democrat Rev. Raphael Warnock.
Once sworn in, Warnock will be the first Black senator elected to represent a former-Confederate southern state since American founding.
Jon Ossoff was also called the winner of his Senate race, giving Democrats a majority in future U.S. Senate votes once both are sworn in.
