London, Mayor Sadiq Khan says the city is "at a crisis point" because of COVID-19.
"One in 30 Londoners now has COVID-19," he wrote in a statement on Friday.
Unless the virus slows down, Hospitals are at risk of being overwhelmed.
England is currently in its third national lockdown with strict stay-at-home orders.
