Washington, D.C. ramps up security

After Wednesday's riot at the U.S. Capitol by President Trump supporters, the city has ramped up security ahead of President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration.

Fences and barricades surround federal buildings and National Guard troops have been deployed to the area.
