Black, Hispanic communities struggle in COVID-19 vaccine rollout

The COVID-19 vaccine roll-out continues across the U.S., although the number of vaccinations being administered is well behind schedule. 

President-elect Joe Biden is set to unveil his vaccination plan later this week. 

One issue that needs to be addressed is the hesitancy among U.S. residents to take the vaccine. Not least among African American and Hispanic communities. CGTN’s Dan Williams reports.
