Concertina razor wire has been added Thursday to the ‘non-scalable’ fencing installed around the U.S. Capitol the day after the U.S. House of Representatives voted to impeach President Trump for the second time.  The added security measures and thousands of National Guard troops are intended to prevent any violence after last week’s Capitol attacks and ahead of the inauguration of President-elect Biden next Wednesday.
