Hundreds of Central American migrants are leaving Honduras en route to the U.S.
It's the first migrant caravan of 2021 but the U.S Border Patrol says officials in Guatemala and Mexico will work to keep the migrants from going north.
Both countries have an agreement with the U.S. to stop north-bound immigration.
Officials also say they are worried about the spread of COVID-19 among traveling migrants.
