MLK Day as D.C. deals with lockdown

Monday is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day in the U.S. Most years the civil rights leader is honored by citizens visiting the memorial to him on the National Mall.  

But with Washington, D.C. on lockdown after the siege of the Capitol, CGTN's Lisa Chiu reports that fences, and National Guard troops are making getting close to the memorial impossible.
