When Joe Biden becomes the 46th president of the United States on Wednesday, he plans to initiate a series of ambitious plans, focusing on climate change, international relations, COVID-19 and the U.S. economy. 

They are expensive ideas that will need solid backing from the legislative branch of the government – Congress. 

It's a task made easier, because Biden will be working with Democratic majority leaders in the Senate and the House of Representatives.
