Florida became one of the first states in the country to expand its COVID-19 vaccination program to anyone 65 years or older. But demand far outpaces supply and there are still millions of older residents waiting their turn.
Yet there are no residency requirements for the shots and that's prompted what's being called 'vaccine tourism' and an uproar from Florida's permanent residents.
