The election of Joe Biden as U.S. president has sparked expectations among Cubans about a possible roll-back of some of the Trump administration's policies over the past four years. 

But some observers say not to expect Cuba to be at the top of the new president's to-do list. CGTN’s Luis Chirino reports.
