When it comes to free trade under former U.S. President Donald Trump, his administration focused on reorienting trade policy.  Trump tore up the North American Free Trade Agreement and also started a tariff trade conflict with China. But as his successor takes office, what the future holds for international commerce in North America remains uncertain.
