Each year, the San Francisco’s Chinatown holds the largest Chinese New Year Parade outside of Asia.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that won’t be happening this year. 

But in part three of his Chinatown series, CGTN looks at some special artists working to make sure celebrating the Year of the Ox carries on.
