New York City’s COVID-19 vaccine program is ramping up but there are growing concerns about racial disparity in vaccination rates.  

Recent data shows that Black and Latino residents have received a disproportionately small share of the vaccine shots already administered. 

City officials say they are taking steps to try and address this.  CGTN’s William Denselow reports from New York.
