As Chinese New Year approaches,  many overseas Chinese can’t get back to China due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

This year’s New Year celebrations will be different, but it’s important to celebrate together, even online.

CGTN spoke with people in the U.S. and Canada, to hear how they celebrate Chinese New Year and their wishes for this year.
