People who have successfully fought off COVID-19 are being encouraged to donate blood plasma.

Their plasma now contains COVID-19 antibodies which strengthens immune systems. 

Research has concluded this plasma may be effective helping others fight off the disease.

CGTN'S Sean Callebs has been traveling all last year doing COVID-19 stories. He always tested negative for the virus, but when it came time to cover Biden’s inauguration, he had to get an antibodies test. 

He tested positive, so he donated his plasma that contains COVID-19 antibodies to help others immune systems.
