Iran marked the 42nd anniversary of the Islamic Revolution on Thursday with thousands of cars and motorcycles riding around the capital Tehran.

Revolutionary poems were also read over loud speakers and the military practiced aerial maneuvers.

On this day, Tehran is usually filled with people marching and celebrating but because of COVID-19, people instead decorated their cars and flashed their lights.
