The last trace of Donald Trump’s 1980s seaside casino venture has gone.  Trump Plaza in Atlantic City was one of three casinos attracting global stars in its heyday. But the last one derelict for years before it was demolished on Wednesday. 

Its removal is a visible reminder that Trump faces a financial reckoning after he was voted out of office.
