In the aftermath of a devastating winter storm, the U.S. state of Texas continues to grapple with widespread damage to its infrastructure. Although power has been restored in most households, more than 14 million people, nearly half the state's population face disruptions in their water services. 

With many communities still under a boil-water notice, Texans have been turning to each other for help.
