For residents in many parts of Jackson in the U.S. state of Mississippi, lack of clean, running water has been an issue since the middle of February.  Some neighborhoods in South Jackson are approaching their third week of low-pressure shortages and contaminated water after the massive winter storm devastated the region last month.
