While the U.S. is making great strides in its COVID-19 vaccination campaign -- administering nearly 2.5 million doses each day, the process for getting those shots continues to be challenging for many Americans. 

Confusion over when appointments are available and websites crashing due to high-demand are common. Across the country, local efforts have been launched to try to streamline the process.
