Amid a devastating second wave of COVID-19 in Brazil, hospitals are stretched to the limit and many medications are in short supply including the critical drugs needed to keep intensive care patients intubated. Authorities have been taking measures to try and guarantee new shipments but the risk of shortage still looms large.
